At American Bulk Pallets LLC, we want customers to shop with confidence. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, exchanges, damaged orders, incorrect shipments, cancellations, and refunds.
This policy applies to orders shipped within the United States and is designed to match our shipping policy, including our 1–3 business day processing time, 4–7 business day transit time, and free standard shipping.
Return Window
Customers may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Return requests made after 30 days may not be accepted.
Eligible Return Condition
We accept returns for new, unused products only.
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Unaltered
- In the same condition received
- Returned with any included packaging, labels, delivery paperwork, or order documentation when available
Returns Accepted
We accept returns for both:
- Defective products
- Non-defective products
Non-defective returns include customer-requested returns such as ordering the wrong item, change of mind, or no longer needing the product.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges when the item is eligible under this policy. Exchanges may depend on inventory availability.
Return Method
Approved returns must be sent by mail or freight carrier.
Customers must contact us before sending a return so we can provide the correct return instructions.
Please do not send any item back without return approval.
Return Label
Return labels are the customer’s responsibility for non-defective returns.
This means customers are responsible for arranging and paying return shipping for non-defective returns.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders, American Bulk Pallets LLC will provide return instructions and may cover return shipping or arrange a replacement.
Return Shipping Cost
For non-defective returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete orders, American Bulk Pallets LLC will help resolve the issue and may cover return shipping or replacement costs after review.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please email us with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging or delivery condition
- A short explanation of the issue
After review, we may offer a replacement, exchange, return, or refund depending on the situation.
Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment begins.
Because orders are processed within 1–3 business days, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.
Once an order has shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused for reasons unrelated to damage, defect, or an error by American Bulk Pallets LLC, the customer may be responsible for return freight, re-delivery costs, or other carrier charges.
