United States Shipping

American Bulk Pallets provides free standard shipping for eligible orders within the United States.

Carrier: Freight / LTL carrier

Delivery schedules may vary depending on carrier availability, freight scheduling, and destination.


Express Shipping

Customers who require faster delivery may select express shipping during checkout.

Express shipping prioritizes order processing and carrier scheduling when available.


International Shipping

Important Delivery Information

The following delivery conditions apply to pallet shipments:

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation

• A commercial delivery address is recommended for freight shipments

Residential delivery may incur additional carrier fees depending on the freight provider

• All deliveries are curbside unless otherwise arranged with the carrier

• Customers should ensure the delivery location can safely receive pallet freight shipments

If the delivery location has special access requirements, customers should notify us before shipment.


Damaged Shipments

Customers should inspect all shipments upon delivery.

If any visible damage is observed:

• The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

• Customers should document the damage with photos when possible

• Our support team will review the situation and assist with next steps where applicable

Failure to report damage within the stated timeframe may limit our ability to investigate the issue with the freight carrier.
