REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At American Bulk Pallets, we are committed to providing transparent purchasing conditions for wholesale pallet inventory and liquidation merchandise.

Due to the nature of wholesale and liquidation pallets, certain limitations apply to returns and refunds. This policy explains the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product listings and pallet descriptions before placing an order.


Return Eligibility

Return requests may be reviewed under the following conditions.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

Return requests submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.


Eligible Products

Returns may be considered in the following situations:

• Items that arrive damaged during transit

Incorrect products shipped due to our error

• Products that materially differ from their listing description

Each return request will be reviewed individually.


Condition of Goods

To qualify for a return:

• Products must remain in their delivered condition

• Items must not be altered, resold, repackaged, or partially liquidated

• All original packaging and documentation should be retained

Due to the nature of wholesale and liquidation inventory, minor variations in packaging, assortment, or product condition may occur and are not considered defects.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Pallets sold as liquidation, customer returns, or mixed inventory

• Products sold “as-is”

Final sale or clearance pallets

Customized or special-order pallets

• Orders returned due to change of mind

Because pallet inventory may contain mixed merchandise, product assortments may vary between shipments.


Return Process

1. Contact Us

Customers requesting a return should contact our support team at:

Requests should include:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photos of the product or shipment when applicable

Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days of delivery.


2. Approval & Instructions

Once the return request has been reviewed and approved, customers will receive return instructions and the appropriate return shipping address.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.


3. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to:

• A shipping error by American Bulk Pallets

• A defective or damaged product


Refund Timeline

Once a returned product has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically issued within 10 business days after inspection of the returned item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/incorrect shipment.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers should provide clear photos of the product and packaging so our support team can review the issue.

If confirmed, we may arrange:

• A replacement shipment when available

• A refund for the affected order

• Coverage of return shipping costs where applicable


Restocking Fees

No restocking fees apply to approved returns resulting from:

• Shipping errors

• Damaged merchandise

Discretionary returns (when approved) may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.
